Woofun AI reports that NewGenIVF Group has executed an agreement to increase its equity position in K25.ai from 10% to 13%. The deal values the AI-native marketplace at $250 million, with NewGen paying approximately $7.5 million, partly through the issuance of 2.5 million Class A shares. This capital raise brings total outstanding shares to roughly 5.9 million, supporting NASDAQ listing requirements. Consequently, NewGen’s initial $10 million investment now holds a book value of approximately $25 million.
