Coinbase 获 ADGM 许可建设代币化证券枢纽

Coinbase getting this license makes me feel real safe about holding tokenized stocks now.

ADGM's grant to Coinbase marks a concrete step for tokenized equity custody outside the US. The license explicitly covers fully backed stocks with dividend and voting rights, which clarifies the legal framework for secondary trading via encryption wallets. While fiat redemption still needs traditional accounts, the ability to bypass brokerages for transfers is a tangible operational shift. This non-US foothold in the UAE solidifies Coinbase's international infrastructure rather than just being a regulatory checkbox.

ADGM license clearing the path for Coinbase's tokenized stocks in the UAE. Dividend and voting rights on-chain via prospectus terms looks solid, though fiat redemption still needs traditional accounts.

ADGM's FSP license finally clears the hurdle for Coinbase's tokenized securities hub. The prospectus-backed voting and dividend distribution mechanics look solid for institutional adoption, but I'm curious how the wallet-only secondary transfer model performs against traditional brokerage rails in practice.

Coinbase getting this ADGM license for tokenized securities is a solid step toward real-world adoption, even if dividend and voting rights still need traditional accounts for fiat redemption.
