1. True, liquidity's chasing prediction markets right now. But that's a casino, not an asset. WSJ (May 2026): 0.1% of Polymarket accounts took 67% of all profits, most users lost. Bitcoin's the inverse: most long-term holders are still in the green.

Equities are solid, but they don't share Bitcoin's decentralization or fixed supply. That's a different bet entirely.

2. I agree with Brian Armstrong, over the long term, Bitcoin's price has largely reflected fear of inflation and currency debasement. As long as fiat currencies and large deficits persist, that's a structural driver, not a temporary one.
